Rose de Lautrec is a beautiful Creole that has come right from the south of France and grown in Wisconsin for the last few season where it has acclimated well to our cold climates. Bulbs sizes are still medium in size and will continue to acclimate with an increase in size annually, but Rose de Lautrec has a very unique flavor, and well loved by tourists in France that want the flavor here in the states. It has a modest amount of pungency, so it is a warm full flavored garlic but not a hot one.
