The bulb and clove amounts are ESTIMATES to help you determine how much garlic there is by weight for help with planting and spacing.

Approx. 6-8 bulbs per pound and 30-40 cloves per lb. plants 15-20 linear feet at 6” spacing.

We check each bulb before shipping them to you, so if there are any quality issues, we may need to substitute. We rarely need to do this, but it does happen. We still want to get you some great garlic, so please choose how you would like us to proceed with your order if the item you ordered is not available. We do set aside some great garlic in case we do have to substitute garlic!

    Grow zone 6a, SE Ohio. Planted in a raid bed in fall 2020, covered with straw. Overwinter great and took right off in spring. Fertilized with blood meal a few times before scapes popped, then a few weeks later dug up lovely bulbs. These aren’t as hot as Montana Giant, but taste great and will be loved by just about anyone who likes garlic.

    I have grown this for number of years and have always had good success with good growth, bulb size and taste and very little maintenance. My gqarden is on line of 6a and 6b in the Mississippi Valley of eastern Mo. Btw because of above review I have ordered 1 LB. of Montana Giant to compare.
