TASTY KEENE GARLIC RECIPE

Roasted Root Vegetables with Garlic Scapes & Pink Salt

This versatile seasoning is a simple addition to whatever root vegetables you want to use. So easy!

Ingredients:

-Root Vegetables of your choice (potatoes, beets, carrots, sweet potato, celeriac…really, any will do!)

-1-2 tbsp. Oil of your choice

-1 tsp. (or to taste!) Keene Garlic’s Dehydrated Garlic Scapes & Pink Salt

1. Preheat oven to 400F.
2. Clean and cut up your veggies into approximately 1 inch pieces.
3. Drizzle the oil & sprinkle the Dehydrated Garlic Scapes & Pink Salt over the veggies & toss to evenly coat.
4. Roast in oven for 20-30 minutes, depending on which vegetable you used.

Since we use our own garlic powder exclusively, we want not only our food to be safe, but yours too!
