HOW TO GROW
1) Prepare your soil and incorporate fertilizer
2) Make a furrow (rows should be 12" apart)
3) Break apart shallot clusters, plant 4-6" apart
4) Cover with soil so the tops are slightly visible
5) Lightly mulch with straw, chopped leaves, etc.
6) Keep weeded and water 1" per week

The answer depends on where you live!
❄️ COLDER CLIMATES ❄️
- Let your garlic rest through the winter—no watering needed
- Especially if you get freezing temps, watering your garlic at this time can be harmful
- In spring, start watering your garlic, aiming for 1" of water per week (including rainfall)
☀️ WARMER CLIMATES ☀️
- Keep your soil moist, but not saturated
- Aim for about 1" of water per week, including rainfall
- If you`re getting consistent rain, you might not need to water at all. Keep an eye on soil moisture to ensure your garlic stays happy!

Ready for homegrown potatoes? 🥔✨
1) Pick a sunny spot with loose, well-drained soil
2) Cut potatoes into chunks with “eyes” and let dry for a day
3) Plant 6–8" deep, 12" apart, in rows 3 ft. apart
4) Cover with soil and add more soil around the plants as they grow
5) Keep water levels consistent, around 1-2" per week
