Harvest Estimates: The estimate of 57-70 cloves is enough to plant approx. 25-35 linear feet or a 4’x4′ raised bed (depending on spacing). The harvest will likely be enough garlic for at least one bulb per week for the whole year.

Important Notes about Samplers

Keep Track of Varieties: All sampler packs are hand-picked for your success, so be sure to keep track of the varieties you receive. We do not keep records of varieties given in each sampler pack as it changes by region and availability of the season.

Special Requests: Please note that we cannot take special requests for sampler packs. If you have a specific variety that you’d like to try, we recommend that you order it separately.

Varietal Overlap: If you order multiple Sampler Packages, or combine a sampler with individual garlic bulbs, you might receive overlapping varieties. If you need completely unique varieties with no duplicates, we highly recommend purchasing your garlic bulbs individually rather than choosing a sampler. We always try to pack a diverse assortment of garlic for you based upon seasonal changes and availability.

    I love my garlic that did come up. I planted about 96 of them and only 1/2 came up- not due to the garlic but to rodents burrowing into the straw and eating the roots. My garlic tastes divine, some are large and some are smaller. Perfect. The taste is wonderful, and I can say that from past experience, they store well also.
