Russian Inferno Garlic Bulbs are from the Asiatic family but have cross over characteristics of weak bolting hardnecks. Their availability is limited.   With 5-7 garlic cloves per bulb this variety has the potential to grow to a larger size . Russian Inferno is well adapted to both mild winter climates, in southern plant hardiness grow zones as well as cold northern plant hardiness zones .  Keeping consistent with their namesake, the taste is “inferno” meaning hot and bold when raw, and roasts to a mellow almost sweet cooked flavor.

All of our garlic is non-GMO and non-treated. Our garlic is grown organically in the US on small family farms.
