Red Wethersfield Onion Sets are an heirloom variety dating back to 1834. The red purple colored skin with a large, slightly flattened, globe sized onion has a strong onion flavor. This heirloom taste is a great complement for salads and sandwiches. Vigorous growth. Known well for excellent yield.
