Blossom is a beautiful heirloom garlic variety that has remarkable market appeal. Its bulbs have stunning blotchy purple stripes with around 8-12 wrapped cloves per head. Blossom is in the Turban family, which is a sub-category of the Artichoke Family.  A great trait is it will be one of the earliest to be harvested. This is why we recommend Blossom for southern growers who need the early harvest to beat the summer heat. Blossom produces a weak scape & bulbs may be smaller for northern growers.

Blossom Naturally Grown Garlic Bulbs are a treat in the kitchen! Wonderfully, well-rounded flavor when roasted. They have just the right amount of heat that “blossoms” when eaten raw. We love using it raw in homemade salad dressings. Another favorite way to eat them is spreading roasted cloves on fresh-baked crusty bread. An all-around winner for flavor!

We have a very limited quantity of this specialty variety this year.  For this reason, we cannot offer bulk discounts for Blossom.
