Zemo Certified Organic Garlic Bulbs originate from the Republic of Georgia and are celebrated for their bold, spicy flavor and high allicin content. This porcelain hardneck variety shines in the kitchen with its versatility. These versatile bulbs offer a sharp, pungent kick when raw and a mellow, sweet richness when cooked or roasted. Zemo bulbs have 4-6 large, easy-to-peel cloves, making it a dream for adding deep garlic flavor to everything from stir-fries and simmered dishes to marinades and sauces. Zemo is very hardy and easy to grow into large/jumbo bulbs in colder climates. Well-adapted for northern-mid regions.

All of our garlic is non-GMO and non-treated. Our garlic is grown organically in the US on small family farms.
