Their golden-tan skin encapsulates a stunning yellow flesh that has the taste & texture of a new potato, even after storing for months! Organic Carola Potatoes are super versatile in the kitchen. From roasted to scalloped, they can do it all! Our favorite way to use them is Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes, yum! A mid-late season potato with great scab and disease resistance. Be sure to give them consistent moisture throughout the season. Carola seed potatoes – organic are known for their abundant yields and strong plant growth.

  • If a seed potato is over 1 inch in diameter, you can cut them into pieces. Leave 1 – 2 eyes per piece. 8-10 pieces/lb avg., 1-lb bag plants approx. 8′-10′. Average planting rate: 10-12″ apart, in rows 30-36″ apart.
