 🌱 Spring Planting Garlic Details

• Harvest Options: You can either grow full bulbs or harvest early for fresh green garlic. Bulbs may be smaller than those planted in the fall, and harvest time might be slightly later. However, they will store longer.
• Softneck Varieties: Each bulb has 9–12 cloves, ranging from small to large.
• Ready to Plant: Cold-stratified and shipped fresh for spring planting.

🌿 How to Plant Spring Garlic

Plant your garlic as soon as the soil is workable in spring. A cool spring climate is ideal for bulb development. If planting is delayed, store bulbs in a brown paper bag in your fridge crisper until ready.

• Green Garlic Harvest: Can also be harvested early as fresh green garlic to enjoy with your early summer vegetables.
• Shipping: Begins late February.
